Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday for a price contingent on distance and size of order. If purchaser is unable to accept the order when it arrives at the agreed upon time and date, a restock fee of 20% plus the delivery fee will be due immediately. All deliveries will be placed no more than 50 feet from the delivery truck any further assistance needed in tree placement can be provided if given notice 24 hours ahead of time for a small additional fee.
Return Policy
Pictures and condition of plants are available before your order is placed and anytime by request. Upon accepted delivery or pick up of plants all sales are final. If for any reason you have a problem or need information on maintenance and proper care of your trees please call our professional growers for assistance.
Contract Policy
A 25% non refundable deposit is to be made at contract signing. All specifications agreed upon with grower will be upheld to satisfaction of the client or the contract will be voided at grower’s expense. Remaining balance of the contract must be paid upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. If purchaser does not pick up or receive delivery of contracted trees within the 30 days of the agreed upon date then plants will be sold and no future contract without full payment will be accepted.
Credit
We offer credit to established Nurseries in good standing with banks and other nursery accounts they currently hold. To see if you qualify please fill out the form provided and email a completed copy to our office
